Bathrooms:	En-suite to master bedroom with large walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. Family shower room - very spacious room with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Kitchen:	Fully fitted kitchen incorporating electric cooker, ceramic hob, electric kettle and toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, together with ample crockery and cooking utensils. Also a granite dining table.
Utility Room:	With washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms:	Very cosy with two three seater sofas and an arm chair, satellite television (BBC, ITV & Ch4), video/DVD player, music system (tape and CD). Beautifully designed overlooking the swimming pool.
Other:	Ver large fitted wooden bookcase, accommodating many good reading books.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Towels and linen are changed weekly.
