Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. £75 per extra person,
maximum occupancy 6 people plus cot. Special Offer: 4 weeks prior to arrival
date, only £450 per week for 2 people.

Car parking area:
There is a separate entrance to the villa for you to park your car with a
locked gate to ensure security.
Coast/Beach
A ten minute walk from the Old Port of Puerto del Carmen and the beach.

Only a five-minute walk from the nearest restaurant and supermarket and a ten
minute walk from the Old Port of Puerto del Carmen where you can enjoy a wide
variety of quality Restaurants and Bars.
